The hand still looks bad.
I like the model all except the scope end which is too smooth
the scope looks too smooth because its un-textured...
I probably just need to add a loop cut or something.
Yep that would work also $H@D()W no matter how well u texture that it will always look too smooth its a fault in the model and textures cannot fix that
ok, thanks for telling me that, i didnt know that, cuz that was how quake models worked for me, they would look too smooth, but when they were textured, they didnt appear smooth
Quake's shading is a lot different (less advanced of course) than Blender's. The shading would look completely fine in Quake. Except a model of this many polys wouldn't even be allowed in Quake.
