Why do Russian Half-Life Mods seem to have the most custom effort put into all of them? Always, always the Russian mods are the ones that show the most effort. It will always be a mystery to me.

Sadly for me all Russian mods look the same D: but indeed they do a lot of effort into them.
That's such a cool bug, I bet you could make up an ingame reason and call it a feature.
