I agree with that_guy72, There should be more achievements, some rare artifacts to find, more dungeons, bigger dungeons, surface dungeons, higher sky limit for even higher mountains and cliffs, palm trees, rivers and natural waterfalls more than 1 block wide. 3d grass and bushes. rare boss monsters, world & nether connection, valuable items to search for in nether (right now there's nothing to do in there)... I could add so many suggestions to Minecraft... But I'm glad that Notch added my pine trees idea.

If it was game changing the game wouldn't be Minecraft anymore.. >.<

Obviously all the elements that are in the game right now would remain, just some more variety as well as more game play.

You're aware of that the game is in beta at the moment and there will be more stuff added?

So you basically want the exact version as the game is now because that is "minecraft" for you? ;)

I personally think f0u's suggestions were awesome.

Oh god, what's up with this community lol. I don't understand why my totally not-offensive and perfectly reasonable comments get buried.. They should only be buried when it's offensive or inappropriate.

Anyway, I was kind of joking there, because he literally said "game changing" (although I don't see it anymore wtf). And game changing would/could mean something like changing the game to.. well.. another game. Like a 180 degrees turn, or at least 90 degrees.

Of course those are good suggestions and I would like to see those things as well.

I agree with Metalspy... Why do his comments keep getting burried?! There's nothing wrong with them. They're not offencive or anything, shouldn't be to anyone, and... Well, people are stupid like that. This is the reason the world will end: Human stupidity.

One of the few things i wanna see is Biomes perfection..It's an actual pile of every single biome you can find in the world with different trees and animals..Maybe even biome creepers..But if this gets suggested and added it would probably take 1 whole update just for that..

Notch has been largely ignoring a mass of INCREDIBLY good ideas, just head over to the suggestion board on minecraft forums. many of the ideas there are extremely developed right down to the actual coding AND are on getsatisfaction where HUNDREDS of people have said they wanted it. these are not game changing ideas, and they're very balanced, yet notch hasn't shown signs of adding any of them. off the top of my head i'll reference added native support for mipmapping, anti-aliasing, and anistropy. seriously, this isn't 1998, these are basic features that should be there. another example is tinting dirt blocks to have them match the current biome and adding a post process filter to change the atmosphere. again, no signs of adding. WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU THINKING NOTCH? YOUR FANS WANT AWESOME THINGS.

He's working very hard, he can't implement a million things at once, him trying to fix every single bug so far is already pretty insane.

also I feel that these things will get integrated with the modding api. He has stated that he will be using great ideas and we have already seen this (mcregion, smooth lighting, pistion(in the fututre) and its back to just notch coding at the moment, so Im keen to just sit back and wait to see what comes next, its half the fun of minecraft to play it a month or so later to see the new developments. I'm sure we all have great ideas of what it could be, but in the end its what Mojang want it to be, and people still love it.

You try doing some simple coding, maybe you'll realize how much of a pain in the *** it can be and possibly in the process grow some appreciation for the work that he has done for this game.

Hell, I've tried doing some stuff in JavaScript a few years ago (I know, it's not the same, just an example), and I didn't have much patience for it. Makes you appreciate other people's work more.
