All this thought, just for cubes :P

That's not a chart, it's pixel art.
I'm appalled by notch making use of triangles to develope a game that is all about blocks.

Now you have discovered Notch's biggest secret - his plans to make Minecraft a world of triangles.
It takes two triangles to make a square. :)
And then, everyone started living in tundra's since they were the most safe. The end.
Or live in rainforests to get ghasts after them.

I'm sorry to ask this but what are biomes in minecraft?

I like how minecraft looks now with the stuff tbh.
Desert (Grass) and Savanna have me intrigued... so many games assume desert means Sahara, but in truth, most deserts have lots of vegitation... scrub brush and cacti, but lots none-the-less.
sh*t just got real...
I just hope we will still be able to have single season/type worlds. Like a entire world for desert or an entire world of snow.
or being able to generate maps with different genres (which we choose ourself) that would be cool too
