Further explaining ideas I've said before.
CHARACTER SETS:
Character Sets would be a way to save specific loadouts to easily switch out one bot for another. Next to the Collection computer would be an Armory. It would hold a bunch of slots to save your current bot's parts, colors and what have you to it. To prevent part duplication (if that ever becomes a problem), using a set would require enough parts from your Collection, so it's essentially a quick equip. If you somehow deleted the parts or are already using them, other players wouldn't be able to select the same thing. Speaking of other players, if two or more players equip the same set, the second player would get a swapped version of the first player's colors, such as the detail becoming the main color and the main color becoming the secondary.
FIGHTING STYLES:
We can already change our special moves, but what about our standard moves? Fighting Styles would be neat little chips you can equip like any other part. They would change your standard movement animations, as well as your normal attacks. So, say, you have a Ninja style. That would change your bot's animations to be a stylish ninja, as well as having quicker, less-damaging attacks that would focus more on hit-and-run than wailing on your opponent. Then in contrast, there would be the Brute fighting style, which makes your bot hunch over and act more like a gorilla, and his attacks would be slower and more predictable, but more damaging and would knock around the opponent more.
And maybe as a little detail, in areas like the village and lobbies, your bot's idle animation would change to a more casual stance after a few seconds of not attacking. A minor detail, though.
YOUR HOUSE:
Right now you're homeless. That's a bit odd. What you need is your own nice little house, like on the Kongregate demo! Instead of starting out in the middle of the village, you'd start out in your house, which would contain your Paints, Collection and the aforementioned Armory, all condensed into one nice little area. (Most of the time I go to the Tournament lobby to customize my bot rather than the Adventure village, simply because the collection and the paints are in the same room.)
So yeah! I know some of these might sound a bit far fetched, but it still seems like they'd help out the game a lot with streamlining the interface as well as further customization.
