I'd like to open by saying that I am a big fan of the sound and music in Megabyte Punch; the sound effects are well-designed and implemented, and the soundtrack is catchy and perfectly accompanies the style of the visuals and gameplay. However, whenever a piece of music ends and begins a new loop, the lack of any background tracks (ambient noise, etc) in between sounds extremely empty and strange. Since I imagine rewriting the music to seamlessly loop might be too much of an undertaking for such a minor issue, would it be feasible to add backgrounds, not only to fill the space between track changes, but also to add some atmosphere that may very well enhance the experience?

Also, since I've already taken up a thread for this suggestion, I have a suggestion regarding bottomless pits.

I've noticed that it's very difficult to tell when falling will land me safely on the ground or lead to my inevitable death, so most of my playthrough in adventure involved a lot of leaps of faith. Would it be possible to create a visual cue that will indicate when a gap leads to a bottomless pit? A good example of this would be in Kirby's Return to Dreamland, where bottomless pits are indicated by a black gradient with a striped pattern on it.

I look forward to hearing your thoughts. I've absolutely fallen in love with this game.

A camera control on a right stick or simply holding down long enough to look down would solve that issue.

It wouldn't work in multiplayer mode but would make Adventure mod a tad easier.

Also I love the music too, been listening to the soundtrack while I work. Good stuff :3
It could use a little more excitement but the new loops during battle work well.
I might suggest some multiplayer only / boss fight music though.
More exciting and longer versions of the stage fight music perhaps.

But ya, I agree on the camera controls thing. I've died many times cause I couldn't just look up to see the ceiling of death or look down to confirm a pit.
Really need some camera controls for story mode :P

Thanks for your feedback and suggestions guys.
- The silence between the tracks is indeed a little bit too long.
- The death pits and roof are tricky indeed and we see a lot of people dying unnecessary here. In the upcoming update we got a little feature that is helping a little bit already with the pits. However we have to look into something that warns you about a pit or roof, so thanks for pointing that out.

@TimReptile: The more recent Sonic the Hedgehog games, such as Sonic Colors and Sonic Generations, use floating warning signs to indicate where there's a bottomless pit. Perhaps you guys should add something like that.

Don't get me wrong but I think that is a little bit too casual if you know what I mean!
In the upcoming update most of the pits are a lot more clear or less sudden and punishing.
