Description

Basically theese are new animations for Medieval II: Total War (swordsmen, bowmen, spearmen etc)..which make battles look more awesome and enjoyable. I didnt make the animations so the credit doesnt go to me. The README file is included about how to install. enjoy! One more thing: if u have installed everything(correctly) but the game wonr run, try patching your medieval 2 to 1.03, but better to 1.05 version and reinstall the animations again..it could be the reason of a crash if not, reply to me the path u have isntalled the animations. Animations work with Stainless Steel(5.0 and all versions above this one. probably will work with earlier versions also..), Medieval II and with Expansions pack. All named tested.

Animations are compatible with Kingdoms expansion and any other Medieval II Total War mod u have installed.

It is possible some mods might not run because of their own animations so dont forget to make backup just in case.

well dont know why it doesnt work for u..I have checked my origional with theese animations and everything works..only one thing have u patched your origional Medeival II to? 1.02, 1.03, 1.05 any of theese patches? theese animations were made after some time the origional was released as well as ofcourse there will be patches. mostly people ahyve patched their Medeival, but some still didnt. If u have patched then the problems lie with your medieval..I cant help u with that as everything works for me so dont know your problem exactly.I have tested theese aniamtions with Origional Medeival II Total war, Third_Age, Stainless Steel - all versions (all I just named work fine) the only thing didnt work was Call of Warhammer mod because it has units with their own different animations.

well the kingdoms adds simply new campaigns..but medieval 2 campaign is the same in both origional and kingdoms..so it should work.

Install:

The files should be put into this directory(standard) C:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War - Kingdoms\data\animations

back up "animations" folder and simply overwright the files in the folder with files in the rar. very simple :)

Does this work for games on Steam? And it downloaded it as a RAR file. What do I do with that. Nothing on my computer will open that.
