I managed to dig out most of the sound clips that Max says in the game Max Payne 3 (except for cutscenes). I edited all the names of the files by myself. All sounds are owned by Rockstar Games. *This is not a sound mod. It's simply sound files of Max's voice in Max Payne 3.
