Many tweaks have been done wit original game, I can`t describe all there. But main thing it`s new conception - sword VS gun and no more health bar. You will see what I mean So you also can see new conceptual gibbing system and ninja style enemies.They have own special abilities to rebuild game balance, maybe there is some kind of killing tactic. Also bosses, kungfu etc.

awwwww man...i just downloaded necro alpha v2 & copied it to mp2 directory.than i selected it in the start screen.the game first loaded then crushed.an gets me this warning(Exception in engineInit:R_Script: Can't parse assignment to variable "ExplosionDelay"
in [attributes]/[-shell_deserteagle.txt]!

Actually you could have data folder inside your max payne directory.
So it`s any unpacked mod or you just have such version of MP2.
If second i can`t help, if first - move data away from MP2 directory
i think you have to have your settings set at high
Yeah same prob as Peoples at the top can't engage in combat cause no keys do any combat moves
Combat unavaileble in hospital level.
Also to perform combat moves you should select melee weapon. ( 2-nd slot, look like hand with pistol)
Use directional keys and shootdodge key or just fire button
What's up with the crazy physics and blood effects? and I get what your trying to get at, like a crazy, gritty, bloody feel, but it's a bit over the top. But there are things I really like about this mod. Like the shootdodges, the enemies, and the melee combat.
This is probably what GI Joe would've been if it had been directed by Quentin Tarantino. XD
You're making a lot of the mistakes Elements of Style did. Don't make my character a God compared to the enemies, and add a whole bunch of flair without the gameplay. All these special effects. That's the reason why the Matrix sequels suck so bad! By flair, I mean making bullet time a style point more than a point of gameplay, and adding blood and crazy camera angles. In EOS, I hit someone with my power kick and everything goes to slow motion and a bloody body is rebounding off the walls like a pinball.

maybe some more melee combat moves and some more guns and it really kicks ass!
I planning add Stinger, Minigun, Famas and USp for colt..
About melee - i think there will be katana, it feet to idea more
