An action game based on The Lord of the Rings film trilogy, borrowing many gameplay mechanics from the Star Wars: Battlefront series. Take arms as one of four classes: scout, soldier, archer or wizard in epic battles across Middle Earth.
I'm not sure what to say for this game, well, the game is actually lacking in content, it feels unfinished like they rushed to release it, the game has a shut down multiplayer and instant action fails to live up to the instant action of battlefront 2. The fact that the game is unmoddable further makes the game have less content.
After you finish the campaign, there is no more content to do, and the campaign is hard enough with the Invinsable captain units that knock you down every 2 seconds
the only class that is actually any good is the mage, the warrior is always being knocked on the floor, the scout has ridiculously low health and the archer takes down enemies far to slowly,meaning you get swarmed by the weaker 'grunt' NPC's
There is a bug on minas morgul where somtimes Aragorn just automatically dies.
Overall, given marks because it tries to give battlefront in lord of the rings style,but fails due to lack of replayability, no SDK tools and shut down multiplayer, a dissapointing game
