Age Of Stone Windows, Mac, Linux game

What is our game?
Age of stone is set 15,000 years ago in the stone age where man had to survive the harsh environment recovering from the last ice age, facing threats from opposing tribes and the beasts that roamed during that time. We are developing this game using the Unity 3D engine, we are constantly updating as we go along. All money given will go directly to the development of the game, we are currently only asking for £5000 just to start off the game. We have recently changed the whole graphics of the game to a low poly look. We are currently working on a huge scale map that will be procedural. This will include two Biomes, snow and grass. Animals will also be implemented in the near future. Companions will also be found round the mass world. For example a wild dog.

What is different?
We have never seen a survival game set in the Stone Age so we feel that this would bring a whole new and unique gaming experience! You'll have to craft stone tools to survive, hunt beasts such as the Mammoth, Cave Bear and wooly Rhinoceros. Age of Stone will eventually be multiplayer so that you and a couple of your friends can create a tribe and fight others that are around the world. Well, i have never come across a pure stone age survival game, including the horrific weather conditions, animals and tribes. There are many huge games in the survival genre. However, dead nights will be a open world procedural terrain. Every time you play the world will be a different huge scale environment, with mountains, caves and mass landscape. Dead nights also has a different concept, it will be pure hardcore survival, the game will not be pvp of any sort, it will be working together.

Where is the money going?
Well this project is just the beginning! We are asking for £5000 pounds to start off our game and help support whilst we are in development.£2500 - This proportion of money will be going on a team. We need a few people who can help us get to where we want by 2015. We need business managers, artists and more! It will achieve all things we need as we cannot do our selves. £1000 - This will allow us to buy the full version of unity and some better programs.£500 - This will go on sound for the game.£1000+ - The rest of the money will go on assets that will make our game a whole lot better and the fees we have to pay kick starter if the project is successfully.If we get over our goal it would also help us for the future ideas and development of the game.Please pledge!
