The Chalet v1.1
May 5, 2013 The Chalet Full Version 0 commentsFixed bug that causes the game crash. Removed some conflicting elements.

Set in the immediate aftermath of the zombie apocalypse, Left 4 Dead's survival co-op mode lets up to four players blast a path through the swarming zombie hordes and terrifying mutant monsters. Guide your survivors across the rooftops of an abandoned metropolis, through rural ghost towns and pitch-black forests in your quest to escape a devastated Ground Zero crawling with infected enemies.
New technology dubbed the "AI Director" is used to generate a unique gameplay experience every time you play. The Director tailors the frequency and ferocity of the zombie attacks to your performance, putting you in the middle of a fast-paced, but not overwhelming, Hollywood horror movie.

The Source Filmmaker (SFM) is the movie-making tool built and used by the staff at Valve to make movies inside the Source game engine. Because the SFM uses the same assets as the game, anything that exists in the game can be used in the movie, and vice versa. By utilizing the hardware rendering power of a modern gaming PC, the SFM allows storytellers to work in a what-you-see-is-what-you-get environment so they can iterate in the context of what it will feel like for the final audience.
To celebrate the announcement of the SFM, They've also released "Meet the Pyro", the ninth installment in the "Meet the Team" series. Like all of Their animated shorts, They made it using the SFM.
If you're interested in making movies and games in parallel, sign up for an SFM beta key and start shooting your movie on location inside the world of TF2 today.

Survivors must wait for rescue in the central square, but the infected lurk.
Survival map where survivors must defend a villa from the hordes. This is my second map for Left 4 Dead, the first I'll upload shortly.
This random map generator for Left 4 Dead 2 mends predefined tiles together to a new level. The project is based on python and includes a crude VMF (Valve...

A baker's dozen of brand-new wallpapers! For all types of monitors!
Has valve said anything about l4d2's sdk?
Negative, but I bet the current Left 4 Dead SDK will work for Left 4 Dead 2, or at least it better!
When Left 4 Dead came out, people where bitching and complaining about there not being enough content for the game, now Valve is making more content and people are bitching and complaining about that now. Get your priorities straight.
I'm bitching and moaning because they promised DLC content, not an entirely seperate, full-price retail game. Everything they've shown so far could easily be imported to L4D in a large update.
ok really this argument has been beat like dead jackass (donkey). Like really your getting a new god dam campaign, got ******* survival mode, what more do you want? An arm? Also putting in what they have now would break the balance of the game, cause you to have to download like a ******* gb or 2 at least of content and not to mention you will still bitch that there is something missing so really get off it you cry baby
What argument? That there should be an SDK for Left 4 Dead 2? I wasn't aware that was being debated or argued. Coming from a Valve game it should be something expected. When you say something like that then you're implying that you dislike mods. If so then why are you even on ModDB? Don't flame or make comments like this without thinking about what you're typing. It makes you sound like an idiot.
Think of the ******* hl2 series, Hl2 ep2 why are you mad that valve didnt make it free expansion for hl2?
They already gave a dlc for l4d and another is on the way... and im sure they will add more to l4d after l4d2 since they are working on making it cross compilable so you can play online with ppl from both games.
Well they aren't going to do what you said, so no need for all this crying.
