Lead and Gold: Gangs of the Wild West is a third person shooter delivering an intense team based multiplayer experience. Relive the violent era of the Wild West as it ought to be with adrenaline fueled action and fast paced gunfights. Fight gritty battles in beautifully rendered classic western settings. Test your mettle in genre specific game modes and levels tailor-made for satisfying team play.
It was a really fun and sorta buggy game when it was new. But it's unplayable, as there is literally not a single person to play multiplayer with.. Unless somehow you convince several people to buy a dead game and play it together.
It's actually an interesting concept. There's good music, some good design, a female character who isn't a pair of breasts on legs (I know! It's a miracle!), but it fails on one thing.
It's an online multiplayer game with a nearly-dead community. You might get a couple of full games in a week if you're lucky, or you could always organise a purchase with some friends and play that way.
But really, this game would be a really capable, interesting game to play *if* there were other people to play it. But there aren't, and even the free weekends on Steam and semi-frequent sales have done little to change that, and I don't think anything will change now.
