Venture into Darkness

Turn out the lights, take a deep breath, and prepare yourself. Explore the depths of the immersive, atmospheric world of Kraven Manor. Uncover its secrets, solve its mystical puzzles, and face the growing threat within.

Discover Secrets

Kraven Manor challenges the player to explore an expansive manor to discover the mysteries that lurk in its dark corners. You have the power to dynamically alter the layout of your environment by interacting with a miniature scale model of the manor, located in its extravagant entryway.

Become the Architect

Dynamically build the manor around you. Find miniature room models and carry them back to an increasingly elaborate scale model of the manor. Adjusting the model causes rooms to move and appear in real space, awaiting your arrival.

Face your Fears

Each new room exposes revelations into the troubling past of William Kraven. Face your fears and see if you have what it takes...the doors of Kraven Manor await you.

What an amazing game, clearly the best Indie Horror game I have ever played and I have played a good few of them.

This game has atmosphere, terror and immersion without having cheap jump scares. If you liked "Blink" The Dr Who episode you will love this.

Here is my let's play, I played it all through live on Twitch and it scared the crap out of me.

This is a great game, just amazing. The level design is amazing and immersive. So many scares and the mannequin's movement in the library scared me to death. I did a let's play on this, feel free to check it out. One more thing, I found one bug. When I got the first model, no matter what I did the doors would be locked. I restarted the game and it worked again.
I also did a let's play on this, feel free to check it out.

I got your bug report, we worked hard on fixing bugs and I think next build will have significantly less bugs. Thank you for your let's play video.

A let's play from eGamer South Africa \:D/

I finish the game in the second part. Wow. This game is awesome. You did a wonderful job in differentiating it from all other horror games out there. It's a stellar concept with equally great execution, and I was really surprised by the quality despite it being in BETA.

You've also used the Unreal Development Kit spectacularly =)

I play a lot of horror games, almost constantly, and this has to rank in the top list! :)

This game nails the most important aspect of horror. I always say that atmosphere is the heart of horror, and you really did bring it with Kraven Manor. It's immersive, unique, intriguing and varied. The setting is great, and I have to admit you impressed me with how you made the game freaky and scary despite it often being well-lit. Awesome.

I barely can think of anything negative. Bugs are subjective, and my playing experience was completely smooth. The most I can say is that the ending is a bit vague (not the final discovery, but just before that happens). And the platforming section got a bit trippy to maneuver properly. Often the case with first person. Another thing, which is a bit of a nitpick really, but the death-screen is pretty flat, and doesn't match the horrible ways you can die. The last thing I have to say is that your sprint limit gets in the way during one of the later chase scenes, and perhaps you should adjust it for the parts that require you to run (because running from something is scary, but running out of sprint juice every few seconds when you're trying to run can be a bit annoying)

Otherwise, fantastic work mate, I'll post my second part soon :)

Hey Kasum-G! Thank you for playing and sharing your experience on YouTube! We noticed you got a chance to peek behind the walls of Kraven Manor (woops!) and skip a few sections of the game (double woops!). That is...a first, haha. We appreciate your feedback and hope you'll forgive us for the bugs and near-death experience! Thank you again, sir, and have an excellent week! -BK, Kraven Manor Developer
