I look forward to this pack. Fantastic progress on the game. It's certainly evolving one step at a time.

Killing Floor produces a lot of value for its money and thus is a game that should receive a maximum total of players. I guess when they are done with DLC (for free) every gamer on this planet will have a copy of the game ;)

Good luck! Way to go!

I don't care how similar L4D is to Killing Floor, Killing Floor just beats
it with its content. L4D is mindless zombie killing who's only reply value
is to get higher zombie kills and meaningless achievements. Killing Floor
has more tactics, and a bit more depth with its class system. Also,
incidentally, I like KF's gunplay a bit better. Feels more accurate or
something, I can't describe it.

Thanks for making a good game better TWI (and for free too).

Comparing Killing Floor and left for dead is nonsense, they are different games and KF has been around for years. I do agree that KF is just a better game overall.

of course updates should be free.

pvt.Johnson Oct 21 2009 replied:

agreed, updates were free in the past and they should still be free now.
Unless the content is grounds for the title of "Expansion pack", it should always be free.

you might not agree if I told you how much it costs a developer to create all the free new guns and monsters :)

in short - tell everyone you know about this update pack, and KF and hopefully TW will keep doing these "free" updates

I'm glad I owned this game from day one. For 20 dollars, it's turned into one of the best survival horror investments I have ever made. I've put more time into this game than L4D. I'll definitely be excited when this patch gets released.
