An option to customize your own character (Perks and stuff)
More weapons
You can create your own items
An option to turn of the blood and gore off (For those people who are squeamish when they see blood or for those who have Slow PCs)
More maps
Vehicles....
Um... Beds (For resting your energy)
More things to use to build
Map Editor!
DLCs!
