A space mission simulator where you can build spacecraft and run missions with realistic physics - what's not to love?

Also notable is how the devs are constantly adding more & more content, meaning it never gets stale. It also has significant mod support, too.

This is such a great game! Costs only 20 bucks, you're game world is as big as the universe (literally) and you can build whatever you want and fly whereever you want. And if you really start to get bored you can try one of the mio's of mods out there that you can install with literally 3 clicks.
You have endless possibilities to do something and that's just amazing.

Very awesome

A phenomenal game. Thats it...

It has unlimited possibilities and really helps teach you the science behind space and the exploring the Kerbin Solar System.

I've played this for hours, it's an amazing game with beautiful physics and stunning resemblances to real life scenarios. Not only does it play good, but it looks good. with so much in the game it is definitely on my Top 10

It is a normal game.

build rockets launch rockets, this game killed my minecraft addiction.
It is one of those games where you look at the clock and wonder where the last 47 days of your life went, and whether you still can get your job back

Almost 700 hours in the game and I am still finding new things to do, new things to accidentally, randomly disassemble in an orbit that doesn't quite keep something out of atmo. The game is currently (12/2/14) in Alpha but is moving to Beta soon, as it stands the game will be feature complete by then but by no means finished. Squad may not add new mechanics or features to the game but the huge modding base will take care of that for us. Once Unity is more stable under x64 we wont have to worry about 3.7GB RAM limits for running mods anymore or hacks/workarounds to get a lot of mods running under x86 (the -force-opengl launch option in Steam works EXCEPTIONALLY well in reducing RAM usage, saved me over 2GB and no need for a texture compressor mod). If you have even the slightest interest in space, rockets, explosions then get this game, will be the best investment into your future enjoyment you can possibly do at this time (social life may suffer, you have been warned).

Great
