A free-roaming squad based RPG. Focusing on open-ended gameplay features rather than a linear story. Be a trader, a thief, a rebel, a mercenary, a business owner, a doctor, a bandit... the list goes on. Aid or oppose the various factions in the world while striving for the strength and wealth necessary to simply survive in the harsh desert. Purchase and upgrade your own buildings to use as safe fortified havens when things go bad, or use them to start up a business. Train your men up from puny victims to master warriors. Carry your wounded squad mates to safety and get them all home alive.

Well what have we got here?
Instead of this game being all medevily. It would be quite good if you turnt it fallout like. You could allow people to make hunting rifles,pistols,crossbows,turrets, Which would be quite nice. and would fix the funny combat style of just sending you guy in there with a 50 50 chance he will live or die. And it would make defending buildings alot easier =)
ah but there won't just be the desert, there will be the sea and forest and other biomes, i think chris said that we only have 1/6 of the map.
also there will be turrets and crossbowbows (and bows). i think this is set during japanesse medeval times (weapon wise atleast) so i think stuff like fallout won't happen. but all the buildings have a more modern setting so he might surprise us on that.
and there isn't a 50/50 chance of you dieing, its a 100% chance you will die unless you get help or get high enough skills to suffeciently defend yourself, remember this game isn't a place where you are immediatly awesome. you have to become it.

I know. But every time i get a high enough level the game will corrupt lol. Im waiting a year or so for loads of updates to come out and fix alot of the bugs.
lol then just do what i do. try all the mods and just keep on starting new games.
