They look extremely different to me. I know I sound anal a lot, but It looks like it could mimic the real life counter part far better!
The recreation is definitely missing a lot, but I don't think that the building needs, say, a custom texture.
Well actually if you look at the real life counterpart you can see some mural features, such as the bird and the other figures. It looks like it was a school at some point in the past.
looks nice, the texture is indeed looking good. Spice up the building a bit with some trims on the roof (like the comparison image). Break up the boring horizontal silhouette like that.
Looking through all these screenshots I thought the top picture was another in-engine shot. YOU ARE BLURRING THE LINE BETWEEN REALITY AND MOD!
