A dead town with a system of laboratories underneath. Control of the town is being fought over by 3 groups of interest.

the three story building needs some deterioration in my opinion
the windows on the 3-story building seem smaller than they should be. just place an info_player_start next to one of them in hammer and compare the size of the player hull to the size of the window. I could be wrong...
All that grass is incredible.
