Irukandji is a fun score attack shooter, set in an abstract underwater trench. You fly your ship against the flow of hundreds of amazing procedurally animated sea monsters, blasting your way to the final showdown – a Giant Enemy Crab! As you play, you unlock a variety of different ships each with its own unique weaponry and play style which offers a different way to play the game. There are also 10 challenging achievements to attempt, and online scores for each ship.

Charlie's Shooters are an insane and relentless quest for perfection. Irukandji is no exception.
It may not be as addictive as Bullet Candy Perfect or Scoregasm, but it's a nice addition, and it will provide you with a healthy dose of fun, bullets and achievements.

I'm sorry but this is not a game it is only one level, and even at it's low cost that is just not acceptable. In my day we got a whole (smallish) game for this amount of money, not just a single level. Not only this but the game is easy, I completed it on my first attempt without loss of life. The only thing you can say about it is that you can unlock new ships to play the level again, but would you want to?

Pretty Basic shooter. The side shooting machanic was interesting.
Needs a lot more to it though to make me spend more time on it.

wonderfull Fx, to shoot is a little bit difficult, but training makes the master.

"Level 1" it says at the beginning of every game. Kind of suggests there might be a level 2, doesn't it? Nope. No level 2. Just level 1, again, with a few different ships. While this game has potential, it feels very incomplete. $2.99 is a low price tag, until you realize you can beat the game in 3 minutes. They are a rather impressive 3 minutes though. It's surprising that this was made by the same company as the highly replayable Scoregasm!

The game itself is well made and has a nice feeling, it's addictive and kind of challenging.

There's a large diversity in ships available and some achievements to keep you entertained even further.

The soundtrack is also very enjoyable even if you don't like that kind of electric music that much.

Unfortunatley there is not much difference between the levels (randomly generated they are?) I think there should be more level themes, backgrounds, colours and also enemies.

The game would be much better if there was an update with more / new content. Overall the game is totally fine! Recommended!

Really nice game, pretty addictive. The challenge starts when you want to unlock all the ships and get every achievements. That's where the fun (and the replayability!) is.

Works perfectly on Linux.

Looks pretty decent... Too generic though, and seems like i'm not the only one having control issues

FAIL! It needs PulseAudio
