INWO is a 2D Space Arcade in development by a team of CS students from Tartu, Estonia. The story follows a species of peaceful aliens left without a home and forced on a desperate path of war and conquest in search of a new planet to inhabit. In INWO you control The Mothership, a gigantic mobile space station, serving as a (hopefully!)temporary refuge for an entire species, approaching alien planets and trying to survive the encounters while also attempting to limit the horrible effects of interplanetary war.

A short summary of things to come in the next few days of this new and exciting stage of the development of INWO.

Hi, I'm Elmar, and this is the first news post regarding INWO development on indieDB.

Older buildsOlder builds

This post will not have a lot of media attached to it, because, well, we want stuff to be pretty enough when we show it off and we are working very hard to make that a reality. ) Tomorrow, however, it's very likely that we're going to upload a trailer! So, there. Exciting.

Basically, up until this point the development of INWO went entirely under the radar. We didn't really want to go public until our game had some properly working content.

And now it does! Although we aren't posting a demo-version quite yet, it is definitely soon to come. I would expect a build with at least the most basic gameplay to be online in the next few days.

Thank you for your attention!
