This "game" hasn't got any story or plot, any characters, any enemies ... "Insert Title Here" is an interactive experiment in which you will decide what path to choose, how to react ... something innovative which is always nice to try. This experiment will play with you, "talk" with you and put you into a mix of various game genres.

In An Apparently Normal Room you will be trapped in a single room, a white small room with only a single light. A non-visible monitor will talk to you and you will be able to decide what to do, what to say, obey or dissobey. But it's not simple as that. The experiment will put you in a lot of situations, ones will be enjoyable and anothers difficult to decide.

It has been nearly a half-year since the announcement of the game, and finally I'm here with the release! Enjoy this experimental interactive game with multiple endings and issues that make you think for a while. It's a short but impressive game. Thank you to those of you that have supported this game. If you have any problems with the game, tell me.

Plot: You're just a man who participates in a strange experiment. It's a
white room in the middle of nowhere. It has nothing special. A single light illuminates the room. But it's not simple as that.

While I DO agree to some of the comments stating that this "game" Isnt particularly good, I do beleive it has potential. Also, Anothink, If you are going to continue games like this, I have some tips:

ANIMATION! Animation in the arms, legs, or anything else is better than spinning floating slendermen that are only surprising and not scary.

BETTER VOICE ACTING. Using just MS SAM or any other computerized voice, isnt as good as talking directly.

STORY. Having an actual story is better than just random rooms that create confusion.

GENDER. Dont be sexist! If your game becomes sexist, people will be offended, unhappy, and less likely to play the game, or reccomend it.

RACE. Dont be racist either. Im not saying you have, but just for the future.

HOW WHEN WHERE AND WHY. How did the character get where they are? When does the story happen? Where is the character? And why are they there?

Anothink, your games HAVE POTENTIAL, just try a bit harder, and take your time!

Games don't always have to be perfectly conform to all those rules; that's what makes most games interesting -they're DIFFERENT-.

Not telling a story or who your character is is a great way to allow the player to make up their own story based on the happenings inside the game.
The gender choice could also be due to the fact that they probably have different text depending on your gender. ;)

You don't understand. The sexist part is PART of the experiment to see your reaction.

deadman123 please calm down; your opinion is yours, and it is disrespectful especially to PewDiePie and his fans that you speak so angrily at him. Like grow up and behave, you seem so much a child!

Not everyone has to like PewDie of course, but it really doesn't matter where the visitors are coming from. Probably no one judged and blamed Cracked when they mentioned the GoldenEye source mod and it generated a lot of traffic. The viewers can (hopefully) judge if it's a good or bad game anyway (if it wasn't obvious how awful this was from the videos, PewDiePie for example rarely says it out loud).

However I do agree that it's a horribly stupid, cheap, sexist and clueless "game" with stolen content. It couldn't be called a tribute or parody either. But that's probably no surprise to anyone who knows the creator and his other second account. He just makes short "games" on the same "philosophy" as shock sites & jump scare trick "games" not creating anything unique or worthwhile in the process, just to fill his probably low self-esteem with attention. Basically a more sophisticated troll, but a troll nonetheless. And the more people who comments, rates, downloads and "let's play" his "games" the more you feed the troll and approves he does a good job stealing other people's content. I know my comment probably gets disregarded but could you just, you know, stop doing that?

"An innovative, original and entertaining experiment." - I wouldn't say this was any of those things. It's a bunch of badly programmed crap strung together in a way the developer thought was deep or mysterious, but is just boring. There is no point to this. As a programming experiment, I'm sure the developer learned things, but this wasn't worth sharing with the world.
