I have just released an alpha version of Ilk, however, it is password protected and restricted to members I trust only.

The alpha version is meant mainly to debug the game. The alpha version doesn't include any AIs (other than the basic Pass Only AI) and is also missing a lot of artwork, however, the networking part is fully functional. If you want to help debug the game, and understand that the program may not work perfectly, send me a message explaining why you want to participate in the alpha, and I may send you the password.
