I finally got both of these features working! For the Sanity-System you will have sound indication (heartbeat) and some visual ones. The screen will get fuzzy and distorted, etc.
The achievements will track very individual statistics of your gameplay. Maybe something like "survived 30 minutes" or "died 10 times". You will be able to access and compare them with others through the main homepage of IHT (iht.rdy2play.de)
