What you will find in Iesabel?

- Multitude of unique locations set in different surroundings. You'll visit shrines, dungeons, deserts, swamps, cemeteries, villages and many, many more!

- An easy to understand yet expanded tree of skills. You have three types of skills: Class, Ethnic and Alchemy. Each character class obviously specializes in a different set of skills and you cannot just pump your points into the latest one, often it's more beneficial to invest in lower tier abilities.

- A fully random system of items drop. Except for quest rewards you're very unlikely to see two identical items during your game. Each has different abilities and modifications, so there is always a reason to search for better ones. There also are very rare and very powerful drops that will give you a significant edge in your fights.

- A complex item crafting system. You can make some extremely powerful items if you're lucky.

- Over a hundred different types of enemies to slaughter. From wildlife, through undead armies, to giant golems that are short to invincible, you will encounter challenges throughout your whole journey.

- Multiplayer mode is not about giving any promises that we cannot uphold. We don't claim that it is phenomenal, revolutionary, that it takes you to nirvana and cures cancer. It's exactly what you want. A great way to spend time with your friends slashing some bad guys. But wait! Your bro is an avid iPad user? Your aunt has a PC and you'd rather play on your new 5inch Full HD smartphone? No problemo, you can all join your forces and dismember some monsters, each using their preferred device.

too bad it doesn't have controller support and local coop on PC. It could be the real feature for an otherwise average game.

"The Steam and Desura codes are not interchangeble. They are competing stores after all."

Well, to the devs. Good luck on Steam that should be a fun forum after release =)

well it's not all about fun, steam is hands down the best online game store there is. desura for example, wich i also happen to like. is slow, buggy and nearly half of the games i've tried there seldom work. also the interface is really ******. and also yes. with around 54 million steam users, there is bound to be wine.

That is so lame i bought it on desura cuz there was no pre-order option on steam so i was thinking... well if it gets released on steam we will get a steam key like what happend with Guncraft when they came out on steam they gave a key for steam.

I might wait a few days and if they don't plan to give us a steam key i might just refund this game and buy it on steam.

When I contacted the devs, they said they don't mind giving us steam keys. Since it's there first game they were unsure how to get and distribute them. I believe they know how to generate them and hopefully will contact desura to distribute them soon.

It would be nice to get a steam key, the reason why I bought my copy here is that Desura is the only vendor with a linux release as far as I know. I think they are still trying to implement the steam api with the linux version before we see it on the steam store.

Pretty good Hack n Slash game, graphics are a bit rough and the UI can be confusing - but still a fun game regardless. Recommended if you're a fan of Diablo, Titan Quest etc.
