I Shall Remain (ISR) makes you responsible for the life of one US Marine who has awoken in a Zombie infested world. Its up to you to lead him on a path that will allow him to survive, fight back and become a leader of men. ISR has superb artwork, music and storytelling that is reflective of the high quality standard that its creators live for. Its creators have challenged themselves to leave a lasting impression on the independent gaming industry with a serious, entertaining and cost-effective game dedicated to a group of young people who created a culture. ISR will be released in episodes. Each episode of the game will build on previously installed content and will have new features, content and will tell a new part of the game story. The game's prologue will be released in January 2011 for free and will include a tutorial so players can have a running start when the first game episode is released.

So far the game is pretty solid, but I would advise things such as the ability to hold down a button such as alt and get a minor highlight of 'lootables' that are around the player.
Second, the ability to run the game through desura (As of right now it will only run the installer through desura unless I kind of force it into the right directory)
Third, a splash 'options' window option on startup that will allow first time, or any player to select graphics and sounds that would best fit their system before running the game
Fourth, potential ability to 'upgrade' weapons either through a shop, or through use so that player isn't limited to trading up constantly through looting or shops (I like my bat >.>)
Fifth, Bacon, because everything needs bacon.
Can't really think of anything else quite yet, but those are my main suggestions so far, though a new weapon or two would definitely be appreciated, though I'm not sure how often you would find something like an m16 in a dumpster.

Thanks so much for the feedback! I'm going to post this up in our new testers forum that's accessible over at our website.
The forum there is a WIP but soon as we have the tester copy out I'm going to have everyone post over there. I want the guys who are keen on testing to have their own place to meet up.
Tracking bacon, desura installation and weapons.
The game is set post WW2, but I think I'm going to expand the weapons to include more eras. Perhaps the further out into the city you go..the more modern the weapons become. Korean War era -> Vietnam era -> Cold War Era -> Modern -> Post modern. This would give us a HUGE number of real weapons options.
Ah! Splash options window is brilliant. We need to do this, too many of our players are having to manually figure out what to with their graphics.
