Harmony of Darkness is an upcoming 3D First-Person Shooter that fuses aspects from such mid-90's shooters like Duke Nukem 3D, Blood, and DOOM with modern gameplay mechanics of Half-Life 2 and Call of Duty. With this blend, they have created a bleak and dark world by using dynamic lights, 3D models, 3D levels, scripting, character interaction and audio backends joined by multiplayer support with a storyline that changes depending on if you're playing 1 or 2 player, with trademark fast-and-furious horror only TDGMods can deliver.
Using their in-house 3DGE engine, which is an open-source hotspot for indie devlopers, they'll propel the player through realistic, and often sadistic, environments for the violent truth. The storyline is set to coincide with a concurrent game, SCOURGE, which both are said to be connected heavily.
Over 4 episodes at 8 levels each, take on the occult by employing over 10 different weapons with different ways of destroying the bad guys. Want to distract the enemy and burn them alive? Easy - use a gas can and dynamically splatter it all over the map, and throw a Molotov, or if you want to use stealth, your cigarette butt and watch those babies burn. Each weapon is tailored to a specific situation. Hit Detection allows you to blow a zombie's head off and kick it around like a soccer ball, or blow off a limb and use it against their own kind. The possibilities are endless, and often grant achievements.
Use money from achievements to buy extra inventory items or pay off someone to open another route, avoiding fighting or, sometimes, being ambushed. Trust no one in the world of Hypertension. All brought to you in glorious 3D - models that are animated and detailed to the max. Destroy every little thing in the environment just because you can. A Supreme dynamic lighting engine brings the world to stunning life as your search for a dark God propels you into worlds only possible with the 3DGE's rendering technology.
Guaranteed to be the best-looking technology out there and fastest-playing Dreamcast game, you decide your fate in the world of Hypertension.
Full 3D world featuring 3D models and dynamic lighting with high resolution textures, particles, and dynamic enemy placement, using the in-house GPL 3DGE engine which supports up to 4 scripting languages to control every event in the game.
Over 30 levels with objective-driven pacing, and taking the HUB system inspired by Quake II and Half-Life often finds you in the heart of a living world with real goals.
Over 10 weapons to dispose of your enemies, and over 20 different varieties will keep you guessing which weapon is more effective in one situation over the next.
Storyline that spans across two games, with a modified storyline exclusively for Cooperative mode.
Audio and Music effects that change according to what's happening in the game world. Award-winning music composed by Avenpitch and various other musicians for a wide-range of effects.
Scripting system brings the world and your game to life as you watch a building destroyed by flame or your partner burn to death in the electric chair.
Save and load anywhere. Dynamic events make sure no two playthroughs are exactly the same!
Loads of secret areas and routes, combined with a money and Achievement system, will keep you playing even after the main campaign is finished.

Play DOOM or Heretic with superb enhancements in the free engine, or take the technology to new heights - the possibilities are endless.
VGA support for high-def graphics.
Don't feel like using the controller? Use the Dreamcast Keyboard and Mouse for super authentic game-playing.
Hypertension: Harmony of Darkness coincides with another Quake 2-engine title also in development called SCOURGE.
Salad Fingers appears courtesy of David Firth, who is designing sections of the game to fit the awesome cameo and trademark dark horror.
Based on a heavily-modified DOOM engine, which employs over 3 scripting languages to transform the game beyond the limits of DOOM territory.
The story was written by over a dozen people over the 6 years of development, but recently settled on the storyline earlier in the year written by former Ubisoft designer Dennis Zockhard.

@generalarcade Great work, but I don't have any Apple devices; rather, I have an Android. Are you going to consider porting this to that OS?
