Homeworld Invasion is a completly free standalone game for you to download. The game is made by one person except for a bit of help from other people. The whole game is being made with Game Maker 6 which is well known for how easy it is to use. The ships are a lightwave conversion which are free to download.
The idea of the game is to add more customization to your ship and the style of game play. You play as one shipp all the time, collect credits then build turrets and mines. While being attacked by hundreds of Vagr fighters, carriers, battleships and cruisers.
But you are not alone. There is a large space station behind you firing barrages of rockets, the station is also creating friendly fighter and battle ships.

As im guessing most of you have played V0.1 youll know theres only one buidable object the mine. And as we expect to have many...many more we need ideas such as turrets,pickups,small space stations,ships all that kinda stuff thanks
