Home is a unique horror adventure set in a beautifully realized pixel world. It’s a murder mystery with a twist, because you decide what ultimately happens. Awakened by an oncoming storm, you open your eyes to discover yourself in a strange, dark room - tucked away in a house that’s not yours. As you play the game, it changes, subtly, almost imperceptibly, to reflect your perspective. It's a horror game unlike any other, and as you'll discover, its truths are entirely subjective.

What makes this game is the atmosphere, the sound is key here, story not too bad either, it is rather short though. Definitely looking forward to more from this developer.

The game was very well made, and it was very cool to see how the story details changed based on your decisions. Unfortunately, the story does strike me as a bit pretentious. Maybe it's just me.
Regardless, it's a worth a playthrough or two.

I brought this game about 6 months ago, expecting it be horror filled with monsters and jumpscare, I played and alas I was mistaken. However, I was treated to a different type of horror, one I had not experianced in a long long time. It was my mistake in buying something without reading what it was all about in the first place but what I found was actually a very exceptional little game. Its gritty pixelated art, combined with excellent use of sound had me on my edge right from the beginning and Its ending left the user to make there own interpretation. My imagination isn't something that gets challenged to often outside of minecraft, so this was a nice change.

Truth be told though, I would give this a 7/10. It could do with more. But the balance of the gameplay meant it isn't required to make this an enjoyable experiance. Word to the wise for the haters, know what your buying. I've learnt from this but glad it didn't blow up in my face and I enjoyed it. Well worth the few dollars I paid

This game is really bad, the ENTIRE POINT of the game is to walk to the end, do some choice and then INTERPRETE the end with your choices , and that's all. 1h30 of "game"

For what it is..... it does it well. Its simplistic approach and multiple choice style game play kept me on my guard the entire time. It was creepy but not scary. I think its on the cusp of being a great game with a little more being added but overall a great job benjamin rivers and Co. Watch my play through of it on youtube if you like

Though rather short and simplistic in the graphics department, the game still manages to convey a rather good sense of atmosphere if you follow it's advice about playing alone with the lights out.
Don't expect it to feel that gamey, more like an engrossing narrative. At the asking price it's a rather interesting experiment for those more concerned with atmosphere and storytelling than gameplay.

For such a short game (roughly 90 minutes), it really pulls you in and tells an interesting story. Worth the price.

Good concept carried through very poorly. Though polished it kind of feels like it was polished in diareah. the game has one button, the button will only ever initiate text or a compleatly unessisary door opening animation of which you will experience about 110, which is to say the game is short thank god as there is NO run button. Ill try to not spoiler it here for anyone who still wants to play, but i will say the story writing is so bad that at the end of the game turns out i imagined a important character... And killed that character. no explanation just poor story telling.
Really im not even joking you could make a machine that holds left and right alternatly for 13 seconds a piece and randomly clicks Space y and n and you would make it to the end of the game in a day, to find out there is no story.
