HEAVEN VARIANT is an indie side-scrolling shooter under development for PC by Zanrai Interactive. The game is a modernized throwback to the golden age of side-scrolling shooters, and the game’s presentation and musical style is heavily influenced by classic shooters and animation of the 1980′s and 90′s. The game takes place years in the future as off-world colonists attempt to contain Earth's global wars from spilling into space.

Our latest video is now online that shows what our new team has been up to! Please make sure you watch it in HD! There are a lot of new features highlighted among them are the new player ship design, tweaked gameplay, and a light peppering of cinematic gameplay.
