Ace Micro Fix Plus no xp For 1.2.1 file - Hearts of Iron IV

in the unmodified game to get the maximum ace bonus you would need to make wings 10% the size of 100 to deploy 1000 fighters efficiently you would have to make 100 size 10 wings that is alot of micro this mod cuts the micro down by making the calculation 10% of 1000 so you use size 100 wings instead of size 10 wings new merged this includes no experience for division designer and is made for 1.2.1

sets acewing size to 1000 from 100 so you get the max bonus at 100 instead of 10
sets ai division designer minimum spending to 0 ai needs xp cost to exceed this number to use the division designer 1 is greater then 0 so ai will work
disables ai sending expeditionary forces ai wont give away its army to its faction leaver while its being invaded anymore and speeds up the game
limits ai division count to 900 this makes the ai spam silly divisions a little less and speeds up the game

why 900 because i did a world conquest with less then 900 so i dont think it will hurt the ai
