Haunt is a first person adventure horror game inspired by popular ‘slender-genre’. Don’t be afraid – artistic part of Haunt isn’t the only one thing that makes this game unique. Provided story and whole ‘GreenPark’ proves, that Haunts vision of “Slender-Man” is deeper than ever before.
"War changes everything. People are different when blood flows apart. Even the most beautiful place could turn into a nightmare… even the sweetest soul could change into a monster.
Human insanity and loneliness could create both – war and a monster that rises upon dusts of unhappiness. How is it possible, that human created such a place… full of corpses.... full of death that isn’t wrong in eye of those, that were hired to protect something we called “life”.

How is it possible that this sickness went so far and even The GreenPark isn’t green anymore. Once upon a time there was a life walking around… I WAS WALKING around this place… but now I am…

Hello,
Linux version is out and files are waiting for authorization (IndieDB and Desura). In meantime feel free to download ZIP file from GameFront(before download make sure that your country is supported by this site):

Keep in mind that you are free to share this game with your friends in any way you want (till you are sharing it for free :)).
As it is experimental build (with no warranty) we would be very grateful if you will find a while and send us:
1 - info if game works with your Linux (or not)
2 - and what distribution is yours
3 - and if it worked - how it worked (fps, glitches etc.)
4 - and what is your PCs spec

Does anyone kow where i can download the old version (v0.9)?
On the offical website i saw this: 'Don't try to download v0.9 cause it's not possible anymore.'
But i know i can download it somewere.
If you know where i can download v0.9, post it please.

We said that this is not possible anymore... from our site. You have to ask somebody who still has 0.9b (all official mirrors with that version are removed). We will not send it to anyone, as it's bugged as hell ;) But, if you really want it - contact us via e-mail. We will figure out something.

Hi-what is the difference between the "alpha-funded" version and the free version? I just purchased this game and was telling a friend about it, and they said it was free-LOL-Never noticed that before (DUH on my part) Anyway, I'm glad to help alpha fund, and also I know I get the beta and finally full version included in the one time fee, but I was just curious, if the free version is just a demo etc :) Thanks, and keep up the great work-Original concept or not, its AMAZING-How many "original" ideas when it comes to horror/survival games are there really anymore? Great ideas ALWAYS have inspiration, so Ignore the haters, and keep up the hard work! It looks great-(so far as I've had the balls to play!) and scary as hell! :)

LOL-I bought 4 different horror/survival type games, all via alpha-funding on here, AND also downloaded yours for free! DUH! So sorry thought this was one of the ones I purchased! Well then hell its even better, because I cannot believe I got this for FREE! :) Great game, too scared to play it for long periods of time-the atmosphere is AMAZING, and I haven't been caught by anything yet, or even seen anything yet (besides static on screen), so the anticipation of what "it" will look like is scaring the sh!t outta me! Thanks for a great game! :)

The installer says "There are no avaliable releases for you to play." Does it mean that the game is not supported on linux?
It is, but you have to download linux version from indieDB Haunt download section (or from GameFront). Linux version is still i beta stage, so we don't want to make official release on Desura (soon wi will).
if this can make a grown man scared then i am doomed i won't just be muttering during this game will i?
