A world destroyed by nuclear war...
A conspiracy to free mankind by all means necessary...
A young farmboy trying to avenge his father's death...
A mysterious amulet that may be the key to many secrets...
A guitarist in search of the greatest song in the world...

In the year 2012, a series of unexplained terrorist attacks pushes the world into nuclear war; civilization as we know it is completely destroyed. The war's few survivors gather in small villages and struggle against famine and disease. In the following decades, six charismatic leaders appear in various parts of the globe and begin shaping new civilizations from the ruins. It does not take long before these new empires start to fight among each other, and new wars break out.
Slowly, gradually, the new empires learn to live with each other; today, one hundred years after the nuclear war, the world lives in a fragile peace.
In the trading post of Dikea, on the southern border of the Sahara desert, a young boy grows up in a peaceful culture of farmers who shun any technology that is not absolutely necessary for growing crops. When a mysterious flying object falls into his father's cabbage patch, his life is suddenly about to become a lot more interesting...

I like the concept and the presentation, but thus far the quests seem frustratingly convoluted to perform mundane tasks. For instance: at the start of the game, you're supposed to go look at something in a cabbage patch. But the gate to the cabbage patch is locked. So you ask your father, and he tells you to search the house. So you search the house (ALL. OF. THE. HOUSE.) and you don't find it, and after you've looked at everything, the game tells you to ask around outside. So you find a guy who has your key, but you have to go get something before he can give it to you. So you go to where the item he wants is, but the chest its in is locked and you need to find something to pry it open. And so on. And so forth. And this is all while that short ten second guitar piece keeps looping over and over in the background. And you can't move after faster than your slow walk. And this is within the first five minutes of gameplay.

It's pretty clear there's been a ton of work put into this game, and I'm interested in the story, but I'm already frustrated by the way the game seems to want to drag everything out, and I'm dreading the notion of having to do this all over again for every task. If you start your game out by forcing your player to go back and forth endlessly performing fetch-quests with multiple unnecessary steps, you're not exactly setting a tone that says this game has a lot of adventure to be had. I'll have to play some more of it later, but I wanted to offer my two cents.

this is all fair comment, but i was wondering if anyone had played the game enough to tell me where to get the dynamite from, i thought that i might have overlooked it in one of the shelfs of the the only two shops that i have found yet, the car quest seems to step up a gear with no ability to build up hp or sp by using your items, that is my own observations so far, any help would be great, also maybe a more detailed map of the jungle.

Yes, this game absolutely needs a way to speed up walking because of its expansiveness and all the foot travel required. And it is possible to mouse over things to see if you can interact with them at all; this can help save time when, i.e., searching the house
