Known by the common-folk of London as Jack the Ripper, Grim finds himself caught up in the most devious plots and conspiracies. Having been framed before, Grim once again finds himself wrongfully incriminated. His betrayer, Dr. Jekyll, has stirred the coals and set fire to Grim's rage.

They all look great, but I love the third one especially. If you want some more variation, maybe do one with a butchers apron and hat + meat cleaver? Could work although you would probably need more animations for that.

So whats cool is we can drive the flappy bits of any accessory or what-have-you with PhysX or whatever physics solver the September UDK is using.
Whats even cooler, is that we plan on having these hats/mustaches/weapon be randomly chosen when the baddie spawns. Which raises some more questions about designing the costume for modularity. But i think randomization will suit the game.

Nice bit of thought - the spawn randomizations. So you'll simply be using a base time - period costume and going from there.

This would also work well with one of too often ignored baddie classes, women. Always a bit ( morally ) creepier in my opinion. I see you have one, but what were your thoughts as to including a female character into this class as well ?

I did ponder that. It will be tricky though. I want to share the rig/animations between all of the Creep types. Period dress for women is going to require another skeleton, as driving an entire dress with physx is not practical.
Any ideas, as I think its a good idea to do have the women in this baddie class.
