i am glad someone see eye to eye on the subject, well here in jacksonville florida, they sell copies at walmart for 5 dollars, and San andreas for 10 dollars, i only have Vice city because my computer sucks big donkey balls for anything else.
ive made a few player skins for grand theft auto vice city for you scarwing and people like you that has sucky pc's also becouse I like vice city better than san andreas ill keep making skins for vice city!

GTA: Vice City is definitely a good game. The environment is large and atmospheric and there's lots of stuff to do. Apart from the long and epic main quest there are plenty of side quests and secrets in the game. The graphics and music (radio stations) are great as well. There are also some good mods from various authors for this game.
