this skin comes with Skin ReadMe And The Same Photo As seen on this addon
perhaps you should start learning to mod cross-game models and resources(for example: take the CJ skin from SA and the model and change a few lines of the player model physics script and have CJ as an alternate character, rather than a skin). Still good though I DL'd it and it was pretty good I just had to change the face a bit(sorry, It's just for personal use I won't be Uploading it or anything like that).
