Hello I teach how to make your own radio, is good but very easy going direct to the point ...
First we go to the folder where you have your music (MP3 only) copy the ones you want ... and open the folder GTA San Andreas User Files, User Tracks and then paste the songs you chose.
Then go to your game and click Options, Audio Setup, User Tracks Options, and then scan user tracks ... Wait a minute ...
And then he's ready, just go to your game when you're in the car and go to User Tracks radio.

Also you can use shortcuts to your favorite songs and put the shortcuts into the GTA San Andreas User Files\User Tracks folder.Files that are named 1.mp3 or 2.mp3,etc.... won't load in the game for some unknown reason even wav files as well?
Yes you can use by this.
And you can't use with wav.
hemmm, this ist more like a way of put ur own songs in game more than making a raido station, it would be good if u make a real radio whit interviews and those, but urs its a good tutorial

Btw if u use a you can edit the radio stations...
Exemple: Radio Los Santos it's a radio of the game, and with a program you can put your musics into that radio station ;)
