What does the American dream mean today?
For Niko Bellic fresh off the boat from Europe, it is the hope he can escape from his past. For his cousin, Roman, it is the vision that together they can find fortune in Liberty City, gateway to the land of opportunity.
As they slip into debt and get dragged into a criminal underworld by a series of shysters, thieves and sociopaths, they discover that the reality is very different from the dream in a city that worships money and status, and is heaven for those who have them and a living nightmare for those who don't.

I LOVE GTA IV EPISODES :]
I wanna see an "I Am Legend/Omega Man" mod for this, where the city is all ****** and burned, but empty of people. Until night time when the ghouls come out. You could spend the day raiding shops for food/guns/ammo/clothes, and the nights fending off attacks from irradiated bastards. I can't get into GTA4 at all because I really ******* HATE the Eastern European scumbag main character. I have no empathy with the ****** at all, in fact I like watching him die.

I swear, no lie, that this game for pc had BROKEN 2 of my computers, (yes its a legit copy) totally and utterly renders my DVD drive useless after trying to install, after about 2 months of playing it suddenly didn't recognize that it was installed so i reinstalled it and it won't install at all. I try another game right after this (COD4 and it won't recognize the disk) same for all my other games. I tracked it down to a motherboard failure and replaced it £40 i ask you. Suddenly it all works fine. But today the beast struck again, my fixed comp now with windows 7, I chanced an installation of GTA4, tried to install for the first time... didn't work, my DVD drive is now useless and so is my CD/DVD drive underneath it. This is theft and destruction of property and it is no coincidence that i was using GTA 4 at the time, someone needs to lose their jobs over this. Criminals. DO NOT BUY THIS GAME FOR PC.
