What does the American dream mean today? For Niko Bellic fresh off the boat from Europe, it is the hope he can escape from his past. This script will add the ability to lock rockets on vehicles and ground, almost like Javelin and Stinger :) If you plan to derail trains, please read the README part where i say some important info make over EFLC, tested in TLaD and GTA IV with patch 1..0.0.7 (or 1.0.7.0?, i really dont know ^^) probably will work on 1.0.0.4 Open source :)
