Grand Theft Auto 3 follows on from the controversial GTA game series which is renowned for its gameplay which encourages more dodgy type activities. Bring it on I say!
Anyhow with GTA 3 the first in the series to hit 3D, potential to mod this game and create fully interactive maps and some uber models is been realised with some fine mods already available and tons in the works for this extremely popular game, if you have it be sure to scope out some of the many addons available!

Nothing much has been done really. Been busy with other things lately so LU has hardly been touched. Hoping to get some free 'coding' time soon to fix some stuff.
Heres what i've done since the last update:
- Finished vehicle respawn - Vehicles now respawn after a server definable ammount of time when they are dead. Also started on implimenting an idle respawn time
- Nearly Finished Pickup sync and respawning - Pickups are now synced with the rest of the players and respawn after a definable amount of time after being picked up.
- Fixed a few netcode bugs that i noticed while optimising things
- Optimised some code and removed some unused functions
- Fixed time sync - Seems i broke it about a week ago due to changing some netcode... All fixed now though
- Started recoding the mIRC admin dll since it was still using old netcode
Like i said, nothing major has been done so this is kindof a pointless update :P

it would be great to have the vice city engine in gta3. but what i dont like much is that the graphics was turned down from the ps2 verion.
GTA is at least as good as Vice City. With "real gta" mod its better than Vice City.

GTA3 kicks GTAVC's ass...... GTAVC i spent half my life to jus even walk a inch! GTA3 is wayy better.... and about teh inch i was jus jokin not to be funny... and i mean GTAVC sux ass cause look <NOOBISH way to fly in helis and in GTA3 DODOS ez to fly went around the city 502 times before goin to sleep..>
This is much Better to me than VC. VC is just an Updated version of GTA 3 with a Few new things added but still fun tho.
Hi, i still think Vice City is better but playing 3 and 4 online just totaly kicks ass. Nothing can beat this game.
