Garry’s Mod is a sandbox mod for the Source Engine. Unlike normal games there aren't any predefined aims or goals. Players are given tools and are left to entertain themselves. The player is in a world where objects can be created and destroyed on demand. Where people can be created and destroyed with the click of a mouse. A world made for him. A world he made.

I gotta ask though. What's with all the pictures being uploaded having those weird post processing effects added? Personally I think that it detracts from the picture overall (and of course I'm getting crap for not putting effects in my pictures). So, when did this start becoming a trend and what's the big deal?
Still I like the picture. It's very good. But, I'd like it better without the blur and the shadowing and all that other stuff.
im sure it started a while back when i started putting pictures on this website.
before i started posting the images ive posted, there weren't many special effect images that were getting the ace ratings.
My ones never got aces for effects but I think i was one of the few to start off the big trend of Gmod Special effects being popular on moddb all of a sudden
it's for making an "atmosphere" since almost all "professional posers" here overuse the effects to think that their images are cool, and yeah, i like dark contrast images, but not with exagerated PP,
post processing isn't a big deal at all, but it make your image look cool(only if your posing is good)
