Garry’s Mod is a sandbox mod for the Source Engine. Unlike normal games there aren't any predefined aims or goals. Players are given tools and are left to entertain themselves. The player is in a world where objects can be created and destroyed on demand. Where people can be created and destroyed with the click of a mouse. A world made for him. A world he made.

Practicing my in game motion feel! : D
I can already see where you took your inspiration.
But... this scene should not have background motion, because they're not moving like a car running on the ground.
Things that should have been blurred were the combine's hand and the gib.
Well that's just your opinion bro, I was going for such a motion feel that the camera is moving, not the pair of chracters.
Cams should not move THIS fast, but it's your picture, do whatever you want :D
DRAMATIC EFFECT.
Sometimes cams move that fast for just one second.
