Galaxy at War is a prototype of a multiplayer real time tactics/strategy game, that's all about cunning plan, good read on the enemy and sound tactical decisions, rather than tech choices, research trees, economy or superhuman reflex. The game is in early prototype phase which aims to verify if the goal of simple mechanics relying on player choice to build complexity is being met. Anyone can try the prototype, provided they're kind enough to offer feedback in return!

A short update this time - the first Battle Report we've posted a few days back is now available in video form. It doesn't feature the full commentary of the article, but has some nice music in the background instead;))

The past few days had us doing bug-cleaning more than we anticipated - we redid quite a few things in the game logic and added new gameplay functionality (ability to build Shields in systems among them), so we want to make sure everything will be in perfect shape when we deploy. Having said that, the last of the parasites are going or gone, and we should be ready to update the builds soon(tm) ;)).
