You've patched in to the enemy's security system: get ready to make your plan. Frozen Synapse is the ultimate strategy game: you have full control over your strike team, directing their every movement. At the same time, your opponent is plotting to defeat you. Plan your moves, then hit the "Execute" button: both you and your enemy's turns are executed simultaneously. Bite-size, hardcore strategy with a striking sci-fi aesthetic.
Here's what happened at the end of the first turn. I was successful in moving all of my guys down to where I wanted without too much hassle, but Pilot mined the top of the zone I'm trying to reach, lobbed a grenade off into oblivion, then clustered all of his guys on the right there. I'm guessing he's assuming that now the top part of the zone is blocked, I'm going to have to assault from the side. All I can say is that I hope he's not reading this...
Man, this secure mode is going to be so great. It will definitely add a whole new level of gameplay to this game.
