you do know this game was released years ago right? one is probably hidden in the internet, it's possible to find one but I don't know how long it would take.

Supposedly mod distribution is one of those things that Desura folks really really want to do ('cause of ModDB!!), but they need to make enough money to sustain development. I think that the way they're handling DLC (like for Steel Storm & Dredmor) is a way to work it out while also hopefully bringing in revenue. But yeah, mods were high on the list the last time I checked :-)
