A game about sailing / exploration /land and naval warfare / trade / politics ... set in the 16th century.
Ruins, Town Hall and Colonization concept:
In these ruins, if a player have enough money and resources, he can build a town hall and become the first governor of that city.
Become governor is easy, stay governor is harder. Other players in next elections (every 15 days?) can become the new governor of the city.
All up to how the old governor administrated the city. A city can be considered an investment, if you work you will be re-elected governor (and usually is this), else someone more "adeguate" will be elected.
