FEAR Resurrection is an alternative supplement, which I develop now, God forbid memory, 4 years. Official add-ons from TimeGate Studios, frankly, not really stuck.
So, the story is built around the hunting Paxton Fettel.
By FEAR 2: REBORN has nothing to do. Moreover, it overlaps with another game from Monolith - Condemned: Criminal Origins.
Addon features:
Increased detail of the game world.
A new voice.
Added new music.
Added many new textures, reworked some old textures.
More destructible.
Increased complexity of the passage.
The large size of the levels.
More open spaces.
Added new effects.
The possibility of a nonlinear transmission levels (not all of course).
And... more fear :)

How much flexibility does the FEAR SDK offer? Is it possible to create a mod that provides text of dialog and sound effects to pop up on the screen when a sound is played? Like the Doom3 mod (http://gamescc.rbkdesign.com)? So far, it seems like the SDK is very limited, you can change values for weapons or other hud elements, but does it allow access to any c++ code? Thanks,

I just wanna know, if you've patched the game toi 1.02, use the ARCHE NOAH and watch the movie FERAbump.bik which is in FEAR.Arch00.You Can notice that the player holds the diferent weapon.I'm interrestered if you can axtract the model of that weapon.

I really liked this game. Haven't completed it but its fun.
I have a Radeon X600 Pro, and I can get Decent graphics! :D

I was blown away by the video, then I was blown away by the demo, and when I finished it, I was blown away by the game (Note the pun in there if you have beat it). It takes alot to impress me now days but when a game has Doom 3 lighting, Resident Evil scaryness, and Max Payne like action all together and runs wonderfull on a computer that laggs on Doom3, I am impressed.
My only complaint is that it WAS a little short, and it did get kinda old fighting the same solders over and over, but all in all, it was worth my money. The AI on the soldiers was exilent most of the time. I dont think you see enough of that in games today.
The SDK is out im getting it now
