Far Cry is definitely a great game. I can say that its a real masterpiece of Crytek which has everything - the best ever seen graphics by that time, interesting and challenging gameplay, and of course its story. You feel yourself like in a tropical paradise which hides something terrible inside. The game is quite long in compare with other FPS games, and it consists of 20 Single player levels and 8 multiplayer maps. there should be a battle royale mod. but you know what would be a good mod... a Jurassic Park mod that isnt abandoned
i've been doing my best to mod for this game and soon will release a mod with some co-op as well as zombies!
After Watching the film battle royal, There HAS to be a multiplayer mod of this film. This Game is perfect for it, battle royal is set on a tropical island with rainforrest everywhere lots of abandonds ruins and buildings. The weapons are good as they are very simular to the film and the mercanarys could the the BR army guys.
Shame i cant mod, i might learn though!

It would be great for zombie mods, but I think it shouldnt be happening in paradise, the maps could be changed to city... This engine is really good, cuz it can handle great places..
Zombie mod for farcry would of been great, I knew someone who was working on dismemberment for a while on cryengine 1 (till he got a job and couldn't spent time on it..grr). I don't think anyone has ever made a public announcement about a zom-mod for this game...would work great in the paradise setting for the dawn of the dead "what happened next?" idea below.

Great game, awesome graphics and fun to play.
I know That there are allready millions of them, But a Zombie mod on this game would b gud. With the large amount of Enemies the game can hold and the map is full of reasearch stations which could be used for some Zombie Story line.
And the whole game.
