I basically added ridiculously random commentary to a lot of the existing sounds in the game, like repairing a weapon, or using Psycho and other drugs, or turning on and off your pip boy light, etc... I also changed the power attack and damage sounds to fit in more with a wacky theme.

Drag and drop the "Sound" folder into your game's "Data" folder.

You will now notice new commentary or sound effects while doing certain things.
a subtle curse after tripping a wire, a loud yell when you get shocked,
a complaint after you get injured, there's tons of tidbits for you to find.

(Q) Does this need the wild wasteland trait to work?
(A) No, while it works even better with the wild wasteland trait, it's not necessary.
(Q) Can I get a version without a lot of the crazier sayings?
(A) If you sort through the files and listen to them indevidually you can delete the ones you dislike.
(Q) Can you make more? :D

6. CONFLICTS / KNOWN ISSUES
-Since it is a universal sound replacer, if an enemy or friendly person trips a wire, or activates a stealth boy, the sound effect will play.
there is no way around this besides removeing a good amount of the voice clips sadly.
